Our goal is to inspire and enable economic growth in the City of Mannington through acquisition, renovation and preservation of historic buildings to bring new businesses as well as provide solutions that support our community through volunteers, good neighbors and the pride that comes from making a difference.

We are partnering with Comcast to provide low cost high speed internet to qualifying households. This program is dedicated to low income, seniors and veterans and the cost is only $9.95 per month with no installation fees, no credit checks and no contracts. They are also offering either a 12” laptop or 17” desktop computer for only $149.99 and Mannington Matters will contribute $50 toward your purchase. Introduction to and the meaning behind the Mannington Matters name.

1. The buildings here MATTER and are in need of renovation and preservation so they can once again bring beauty to downtown Mannington to support our businesses and encourage new businesses to join our community and help our town thrive again.

2. The people in this community MATTER and with a little hard work from volunteers and donors, we can make a big difference to our neighbors.

We will be accepting suggestions, donations and looking for volunteers to help reach our goals. If you know of someone in need of assistance with clean up, repairs, etc, please contact Donna Butera at manningtonmatters@gmail.com or stop by the Bower’s house at 315 High Street where we will have a suggestion box outside.
